Hoping to be playing soccer games within the next few weeks and most referees will send me off the field if I don’t have a proper cover/sleeve for my brace. It has metal and fiberglass/plastic parts so they need to be covered. Any ideas?
My husband had his ACL reconstructed in January of this year. He is healing remarkably and is interested in a brace for comfort measures. Any suggestions of which brand/type is best and where to get it at an affordable price?
I recently joined Tae Kwon Do. When I do certain kicks, my knee hyperextends a little. Will a knee brace help keep this from happening and what kind should I get?
It’s when I do the white belt sparring pattern for Unified Tae Kwon Do, and it’s the jump switch kick. When I come down, my knee hyperextends.
I wore wrong shoes when running and kept twisting my knee around and now theres a sharp pain on the side of my right knee and when I walk my knee like gives way. It jerks foward when I put weight on it and then it kind of shakes under pressure. Do I need a knee brace? Because it hurts really bad to run now but I have to keep running for sports.
Well my knees feel like there going to pop.
My friend last year, her knee popped. and i want to be
proactive and get a knee brace.

I dislocated my knee not too long ago playing basketbal, I was wondering what knee brace would be right for me? I started playing again and it hurts like heck, not so much from bending front to back, but from side to side.
i am 22 years old, i have had fibermyalgia for a few years, my mom also has it. It can make my knees so bad i can’t walk some days. i have had in in one shoulder and upper arm as well as what feels like my breast and ribs on the same side for about 6 months. just recently i learned about costochondritis, i think that may be the problem, it hurts when i breathe too deeply, lift, move, etc. But this pain is only ever very bad for a day or two and then goes back to being a dull ache again. Can the attacks be that short and only about once a week?? Does anyone have any pain relief tips, tylenol and heat don’t do much at all.
