I used to be very active but then a knee injury killed me from sports and mountain biking.
Recently I started working out to lose the very small amount of fat that I have built over 3 years of less activity…. now I’m in better shape than ever.
I’ve lost the little paunch i had but my hunger has been sky rocketing over the last couple weeks.
I am gaining significant definition all over following the workout program. I’m eating healthy foods.
I’ve been eating over 4000 calories in a day! and I’m still hungry. I drink tons of water, and milk, very little pop. I eat fast food on occasion. The majority of my meals are red meat, pork, or egg as the main part, always with grains and vegtables in large amounts.
I do not take any supplements just a daily vitamin, always have.
To put in it perspective, today I ate:
a 6 egg ham/onion/ cheese omelet with peanut butter on toast, and hour later a WHOLE BAG(750g) of noodles with cheese, and about 500ml of milk to drink. then for lunch a whole large pizza with almost everything on it. then for a snack a double big mac. Then my supper was a 1lb steak, with corn on the cob and garlic potatoes, and raw green onions. Throughout the day I always have a glass/ bottle of water in my hand. I also snacked on a large bag of grapes, and strawberry’s.
I’m still losing fat and majorly packing on muscle but this is getting me worried that I am always this hungry!
I’m going to say I don’t eat out of boredem, My stomach is growling a short time after I eat.
as far as too little fat in my diet i wouldnt say that is true either, the eggs, pizza and steaks i don’t think I would call low in fat.
I realize noodles and rice are digested quickly but I eat them just for the energy before the workout.
