I am working out over 10 hours weekly, that about 30-40 KM run , 5 hours elliptical and 3 nights of upper and lower body weight training. I (female) have 17% body fat and 164.5M, 125 lbs. I wanna to reduce the body fat to 11% (I used to last year), and keep my weight around 110-115lbs.
p.s. I am a runner, and training for marathon, as per my knee was injury, I have to reduce my weight to run. I can see some body fat still on my back arms, thigh and lower back, I do believe that is about 10 lbs fat. My diet is about 1500-1600cals daily, and no bread and pasta in, of course no sugary and deep fried stuff as well. please advise, am I exercise too much or anything wrong?
because last year , i just work out 6 hours elliptical and 3 weight training weekly, but I reached 112lbs with 11% bodyfat percentage. Thanks

Well I had a knee surgery on July of 2007 to repair a torn ACL and 2 Meniscus! Before my surgery I used to weight at around 250 lb and didnt lose or gain any amount of weight since I used to be really active and play a lot of sport!
Now here I am well over a year after my surgery and weight around 306 lbs!
I do the math for you; that’s 56 lbs in about 15 months! And im pretty sure all of it is pure body fat!
The reason why I gained this much was that basically I kept my post injury/surgery diet but my physical activity went down to almost zero!
So here is my question!
Should I just concentrate on my diet to lose as much body fat quickly ( 5-6 months ) or combine it with exercise!
I have read somewhere that if I workout and build muscle I wouldnt be able to lose as much fat!? What should I do????

A few months ago I started getting sharp pain in my left breast, but figured it was normal because hormones and whatever. Then I started getting bruising a few weeks ago, randomly, nothing happened to cause it. I work at home so I have not been out a lot and have not hit it accidentally in any way. Then the bruising went away, it’s still faint though. Today I noticed a scab on the underside of my breast it looks like when a child scraps their knee, but it already scabbed over. It’s yellow in the middle and around it is red with two reddish dots. I did not have this yesterday. It could not be from an injury since I’ve been wearing a padded bra the whole time and it’s underneath, a very protected place. For the past few months I’ve also been getting dizzy and having blackouts and other health issues I presented this to my docotr minus the breast issues…
what could it be? What should I do?
By the way… not pregnant for sure and never was..
